What would you do,

Memories of Serenity

Ignorance is in their eyes,
beady eyes of black;
they're cold.

Ignoring is the key
so they say,
hold your hands up to your ears
until their voices disappear.

But their words are still there,
trapped inside your heart that beats.
Faster and faster,
you hear the sound.
So you still hear them when no one's around.

They're all stored inside memories,
that holds your treasured thoughts you dream.

And all it takes is to think,
And so now they're all back;
and it's getting hard to rethink
of sweeter words of serenity.

Those memories of serenity,
that helps guide you back to sleep.

I love it.

ahhhhhh! i havn't written a poem in forever!

but guess what!

i just wrote one

It actually felt good to write it since i havn't written one in so long and i forgot how much i love writting them =)

Soooo....here it is.



Pouring Out

I can't take this anymore
Picking and scratching
all my sores
on my face

They burn
and they will not go away

I don't want to do this today
I don't want to fight it
I know they hurt,
but i refuse to scream
I won't let them win

But sooner or later
I give in
It's an undying habit

I want them to leave
Cause i don't want to bleed
From the inside
pouring out

So they burn
and they will not go
because they're not done
putting on a show

people look
and they stare
they look at me
because all they see
is what's on the surface
And I wish
that they could see the core

I can't take this anymore
Picking and scratching

If I had to give someone my heart,
I'd want to give it to them on Valentine's Day.
It was the day after I had passed away,
Simply because I was gay.

I was just a teenage boy,
With a valentine card in my hand.
It was a red one shaped like a heart
And "Be my valentine" was written inside,
For a boy I liked in my computer class
But it was the reason why I had to die.

As I gave the boy my heart,
He looked at me in disgust.
He took the card, and ripped it up,
Tore my heart into little pieces,
My heart then turned to dust.

And my father just looked up at the sky.

They then let me go, they took my pain away
And they took my heart, gave it to someone else,
So that they could live,
So that they could have their Valentine.

And they accepted my heart, even though i was gay,
They didn't cry out in disgust,
And they didn't push it away.
