I only have one. It was an English assignment. We have to read a book, then write down interesting words we found. We then had to make a poem out of the words I found. The book I read was Splintering by Eireann Corrigan. Amazing book by the way.

It's a little depressing, and I'm not really sure what it's about, but here it is anyway.

My little sister imagines nightmares.
Her helpless pride is s h a t t e r e d and her hope is flattened.
Worry, panic, fear – her courage and defenses nearly died.
Cautious gasps and weary secrets forgotten.

Brother – Shadows, darkness, blank…adrenaline pumping for payback!
Crying INSANITY!!
Small miracles needed, but dead.
Damaged, terrible, smoldering emotions, but is he tough enough?

Her simmering rage cries in the dark.
I s o l a t e d from family.
Essential protection lies with Evan.
Wishing to rebuild the aftermath of scars.

His hoarse voice SCREAMING!!
Lacking passion…
Together and coping.
Withstanding the barreling ATTACK!

This is my favorite part. I can kind of relate to it too cause I sometimes feel isolated from family.
