Pictures going through my mind
When we're together
All these long and sleepless nights
Will I ever get better

"Tre, can't you just tell me"

"Its a hard thing to say, Billie"

"Tre" Billie started. "Its just me"

Tre sighed and replied with,

"I know and thats why this is hard"

"Its hard because its me?"

Tre thought for a while. "Yeah" he finally answered. "Thats the perfect way to say it"

"Tre, c'mon. You tell me you have something important to say and now you don't wanna say it. Your leaving me wonder"

Tre sat in silence thinking there was no way in Hell he could tell his best friend what was on his mind. They were 34 years old for Gods sakes. Why didn't he tell him this way back then. Way back as teenagers?

Tre sighed once again and fiddeled with his fingers.

"If I tell you" he started. "Don't look at me weird. And promise me you won't think of me any differently"

Billie stared at his friend in shock. "Tre, no matter what you say I will never think of you differnently. I will never do that"

Now you know how I feel
This love is forever
You make my life seem so unreal
Will I ever get better?

Tre smiled slightly at his friend and sighed once again.

"Billie" he started. He bit his lip with anxiety. Billie put his head down a bit wanting Tre to finish his sentance. Tre opened his mouth and finally replied with,

"I love you, Billie. I've always loved you so much. More than any girl i've known....I love you"

Billie smiled and leaned over to kiss his friend on his cheek.

"You know what Tre?" Billie asked.

Tres face was still red from fear but the color was beginning to diminish. "....uh?" Tre asked.

"I feel the same way about you"
