If you aren't aware, Chelsea and I saw Green Day together on July 13th, 2009 in Chicago. We were on the floor, and we decided that before we went to the show, we were going to buy something to throw up on stage. We had heard Billie had been taking sunglasses off people, so we looked at glasses, but found nothing cool. We then saw cheap artificial roses, and we immediatly bought them!

During the first song of the night, Chelsea and I got seperated, and she was holding the roses. Billie Joe saw her, and motioned for her to throw them to him. She did, and he caught them, and stuck them in the neck of his guitar and played the rest of 'Know Your Enemy.' After the song ended, he rang back off the cat walk and tossed them into the crowd.

So. I've been hunting the web for the past month, attempting to gather every photo I can of Billie with the infamous roses. I've found a handful, and because this is the highlight of my life, it gets it's only little thread here on BTIT. :]

Btw, if anyone happens to find any pictures from the Chicago show of Billie with the roses, post them here! I WANT THEM ALL.

Gaah you lucky duck! I want to go to a Green Day concert and instead of tossing something I wanna be tossed xD it would be awsome to be thrown on stage and rock out with the guys! x]
