From GDA

Quote:
Take a listen to the Foxboro Hot Tubs. Both the Idiot Club and GDC are filled with posts from people who seem sure the voice sounds familiar. The links came from a post on the Idiot Club forum, but didn't really explain how they surfaced. They certainly sound like a better version of The Network.

The official site for the Foxboro Hot Tub's has launched, and has the 6 songs from the band available for download. The track list is as follows:

1. Stop Drop and Roll
2. Mother Mary
3. Ruby Room
4. Red Tide
5. Highway 1
6. She's a Saint not a Celebrity

On the top right of the site (where it shows the back of the album) you can see the goat symbol for the "Church of Lushotology", which is the "church" that 'The Network' claims to follow. Maybe the Foxboro Hot Tub's should tour with The Network. Wouldn't that be an event.

What do you guys think of 'em? Good or bad? Green Day or no?

Okay, i'm listening to them now for the first time.
Its 'Stop Drop & Roll'

.................

Oh, that is so Billie.

When he holds out 'rollllllll' when saying 'stop drop and roll', it's absolutely obvious it's his beautiful voice.

I'm listening to 'Mother Mary' now which is obviously him too. It's a beautiful song.

I love them and it's obvious it's Billie, no matter if he will deny it or not =]

Oh its definitely Billie!
When I heard Stop Drop and Roll, I wasn't sure, but after hearing Mother Mary and Ruby Room, I'm sure it's him!

Yeah.

In parts of 'Mother Mary' you can really tell. I was iffy with 'Stop Drop & Roll'. But 'Mother Mary' is obvious.

I listened to them all, but my favorite is 'Mother Mary'. But 'Stop Drop & Roll' is really good too.

I think it's cool Billie like, makes other bands to show off more of his writing with a different style of music. I just wish he would be doing more for Green Day than making a new band, you know?

O___O lololol

well....i sure missed a lot cause of all my choir concerts....

But yeah! that is DEFINATELY Billie. lol especially the Mother Mary one. definately him. such a pretty pretty voice! -sigh- lol

they sound really good though!! but the back up vocals kinda does sound like Mike to me but idk. I think this is better than The Network lol

i actually wouldn't mind this sound for Green Day either. It sounds like some of their like...middle song stuff...lolol

who knows, maybe they're trying to give us hints about the new album with all of this. -shrugs-

Yuppp.
I love 'Mother Mary' too. Its probably my favorite.
The backup vocals do sorta sound like Mike. And one of the songs, I don't remember which one, but the drums just sounded..like Tre, I guess. I don't know. I can sorta tell Tre from other drummers; the drumming just reminded me of his.
